APKzona is an independent informational catalog of Android apps and games. We are not Google Play, Google LLC, their partners, affiliates, or an official app store of any OS or device manufacturer.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks appear solely to identify products. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the respective rights holders.

Files and sideloading

Listings and download links are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of fitness, security, currency, or compatibility with your device. Installing APKs from sources outside an official store (sideloading) is voluntary and at your own risk.

Before installing:

- match package name and signing certificate with the developer’s official source;

- verify SHA-256 and file size when shown on the listing;

- do not ignore Android, Play Protect, or antivirus warnings;

- back up important data;

- understand that disabling system protections increases malware risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APKzona disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of descriptions.

Descriptions, screenshots, ratings, and badges (“Verified”, “Official”, etc.) are informational and are not a guarantee of safety or legality of a file on your device.

Third-party apps and content

Apps in the catalog are created and maintained by third-party developers. We do not control their behavior after installation, their update servers, their privacy policies, or the license terms of the software itself. Compliance with an app’s license is the responsibility of the user and/or rights holder, not of the catalog as such.

Mods and third-party builds

Some pages may describe alternate or modified builds. We do not endorse piracy, payment circumvention, or malware. Only upload and distribute software you have rights to. You alone assess the legal and technical risks of modified packages, including account bans in online services.

Advertising and affiliates

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APKzona and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, account bans, device failure, lost profits, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from use of the site, installed files, or inability to use the service.

If applicable law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you actually paid the operator for paid site features in the preceding 12 months, or a nominal minimum amount if no paid services were used.

Jurisdiction (soft wording)

Disputes related to use of the site should be resolved by negotiation where possible.
